CPSA 2012 – It’s always sunny in Edmonton

It’s here once again – the annual meeting of the Canadian Political Science Association! Besides being the closest thing to summer camp for the country’s political scientists, the conference offers a great chance to learn about new research and meet with others interested in the same issues. This year’s edition is being hosted by the University of Alberta, in beautiful Edmonton.

I’ll be presenting two papers. The details are:

  • Faith and Party Politics in Alberta, or “Danielle, this is Alberta, non Alabama”
David Rayside, Jerald Sabin and Paul E.J. Thomas
    Panel: Religion in Alberta Politics
    Thursday, June 14, 8:45 – 10:15 AM,  Room: Tory 1-108

  • Courts of Last Resort: The Judicialization of Asian Canadian Politics from 1878 to 1913
    Paul E.J. Thomas
Panel: Equality Seeking Strategies and Struggles
    Friday, June 15, 1:30 – 3:00, Room: Tory Basement 113
