Much of the past few weeks has been spent getting ready for the summer course I’ll be teaching this summer on Canadian Legislatures and Legislators at the University of Toronto (POL490). The course starts on July 2nd and I’m excited to see what the students think of the material, and to get their views on the state of Canada’s elected assemblies. Hopefully we’ll have the whole parliamentary reform thing sorted out by the end of the class in August.
I also would like to thank everyone who commented on the first draft of the syllabus. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use every suggestion, but your ideas definitely made for a better end product.
